Peace of Mind for Pet Owners

Becoming a member of KeepStellaSafe means that your beloved pet will always have someone to care for them in the event of your emergency. Whether you are unexpectedly hospitalized, involved in an auto accident on your commute, or require an emergency operation, our Pet Guardians are dedicated to ensuring your pet stays safe and cared for until you are able to return home.

How to Become a Member

  • Select a Service: Visit KeepStellaSafe.com and choose the monthly or annual coverage plan that best fits your needs.
  • Submit Pet Information: After signing up, you will complete a detailed questionnaire about your pet. This includes providing contact information for your current pet sitter, dog walker, groomer, veterinarian, and any boarding facilities you use.
  • Intake Call: We schedule a call with you to review and confirm all the details you provided in the intake form.

Setting Up Your Pet’s Support Network

After your intake call, our team personally reaches out to each of the contacts you provided. We validate their availability and set up arrangements with your selected vendors. In addition, we go one step further by finding and preparing backup providers, ensuring that your pet will always have someone available to care for them—no matter the situation.

Final Steps: Confirmation and Contracts

  • Final Confirmation: We contact you again to review and confirm all provider information and phone numbers.
  • Contract Signing: You sign a contract granting us Pet Guardianship of your pet. This legal step allows us to seamlessly step in and care for your pet if you are unable to do so.
  • Provider Notification: Each of your listed providers receives a copy of the Pet Guardian services contract, ensuring they are informed and prepared should they be called upon.

A Promise of Care

While we sincerely hope you and your pet remain happy and healthy, KeepStellaSafe is here for you in times of need. If an emergency arises, rest assured that we will take over your pet’s care, giving you one less thing to worry about during challenging times.
