TimeToPet is designed to help you and your Pet Guardian efficiently manage all key information related to your pet. During the onboarding process, we collect and securely store detailed data such as your pet’s name, dietary preferences, names and contact details for pet service providers, emergency contacts, and your preferred veterinary professionals. This comprehensive database ensures that Pet Guardians have immediate access to crucial information, allowing them to respond swiftly and appropriately in the event of an emergency.

Scheduling and Service Coordination

Through the APP, you can easily schedule and modify pet care services based on your needs. The platform also allows you to manage invoices and payments conveniently within the APP. As services are provided, photos of your pet are uploaded to the portal, keeping you informed and reassured about your pet’s well-being.

Real-Time Updates and Communication

All transactions and services are tracked and processed through the app, enabling you to log in at any time and check the status of ongoing services. Additionally, you will receive timely reports and alerts that keep you updated on your pet’s condition and the location where your pet is being cared for during any temporary boarding arrangements.

Secure Invoicing and Payment Processing

All financial transactions are processed through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor, ensuring that sensitive payment information is never accessible to Pet Guardians or unauthorized parties. Invoices are sent directly to your email and designated emergency contacts, maintaining transparency and documentation.
